GOD’S PLAN OF SALVATION
YOU NEED TO BE SAVED
For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord”, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you confess and are saved. As the scripture says, “everyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame,” for there is no difference between Jew and Gentile, the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on Him, for everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:9-13)
YOU CANNOT SAVE YOURSELF
By the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. (Galatians 2:16)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:8-10)
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
JESUS PROVIDED SALVALTION
But God commended His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
